You get everything in the Estimation Report, plus: in-depth pricing tied to your specific needs and based on the most up-to-date material prices; cost benchmarks per 10 sqm and per 100 sqm so you can sanity-check any quote instantly; up to 3 contractor quote reviews and background checks; 1 contract review before you sign anything; payment milestone guidance; up to 6 change request validations within 24 hours; quarterly 1-hour virtual progress calls; and an emergency expert line for urgent questions during the build. 12-month term, renewed automatically each year until you cancel.
Can I start with just a report and upgrade later?
Yes. The Estimation Report is sold on its own, no oversight plan is required, and plenty of homeowners stop there. It tells you what your project should cost. The Full Project Plan and Bespoke Plan make sure that is what you actually pay, with contract review, quote and change validation, payment milestone guidance, and progress oversight. That is where the real money is saved, often tens of thousands. Upgrade within 30 days of report delivery and you pay only the price difference (€1,250 to Full Project, €3,250 to Bespoke). No need to re-submit anything.
What does the €3,499/year Bespoke Plan add?
You get everything in the Full Project Plan with generous caps (up to 10 quote reviews, 3 contract reviews, 24 change request validations, 12 monthly check-ins, and 10 architect/contractor liaison sessions per year), plus a dedicated senior expert (a building engineer or architect) personally assigned to your project, monthly virtual visits with written progress reports, direct phone access to your expert (best-effort response within 1 business day), and 6 ad-hoc additional requests per year. Renews annually until you declare the project complete.
How accurate are the cost estimates?
Reports price every line item from a structured catalog of roughly 100 trade items across 16 construction phases, calibrated against current local market data. Each report is then re-costed and signed by a building engineer or architect before it reaches you. Actual costs depend on site conditions and contractor pricing, but costing the project three times over gives you a realistic range to negotiate from.
Which countries do you serve?
We work across Europe. You select your country in the intake form, and the report is priced against that country: local material and labour costs, the VAT or sales tax rules that apply to your type of work, permit requirements, and the renovation incentives available where you are. The product and the price are the same wherever your project is; only the data behind the numbers changes.
Do you handle local rules and taxes in my country?
Yes, that is the point of picking your country at intake. Each country has its own data set covering tax treatment of renovation versus new build, what needs a permit and what does not, which professionals are legally required on your kind of project, and the grants or tax reductions worth claiming. The engineer or architect who works your report knows the market your project sits in.
What currency and payment methods do you use?
Plans are priced in euro. We accept all major payment methods supported by Stripe, including credit and debit cards, plus the local options common in your country. If you are outside the eurozone, your bank converts at its own rate.
